1. Complete and submit your order
2. You can mail your materials/products to us via any carrier if you live outside the Chicagoland area.
3. Turnaround usually will take 2-3 weeks (If we have a large order on schedule, we will take 3-4 weeks)
4. Payments are due prior to us finishing your order.
5. Once your order is complete, you have the option to pick-up your order or we may ship via UPS.
6. We guarantee our work for up to 3 months.
We are not responsible for all parts that are left with us for longer than 6 months. Once all parts are completed we will contact the customer.
If we are unable to contact the customer we will hold the part(s) for a period of 6 months and charge a stocking fee of $25.00 per week
after the 6 months
